The new agency there is placed in the center of Vitoria-Gasteiz, in the street Ramiro de Maeztu, 10, very close to the Delegation of the Basque Government of the street Samaniego and of the Statutory Treasury Department of Alava.

This office, like all those of zuzenean, it is employed at schedule of 8 of the morning to 8 of the evening, of uninterrupted form, from Monday until Friday, every month of the year.

This service is complementary to the phone 012, who attends in the same schedule. Soon a specific channel will be opened also in Internet, inside the portal euskadi.net.

zuzenean he is born to attend in the first instance on all the needs of the citizens in his relation with the Administration of the Basque Government, as it is the request of information, the request of helps and subsidies, the inscription in records, the payment of valuations and sanctions... in a unified way, without the citizen having to know the structure not the internal procedures of the Administration.
